For the second time in Poznań, Tanja and Ales will bring their unique and updated multilevel AcroYoga workshop experience! Whether you’re just beginning your acro journey or are an experienced acroyogi, this workshop is tailored to help you elevate your skills and push your boundaries in a supportive and safe environment.
Meet Your Instructors:
Tanja Urankar & Ales Hren – also known as “The Slovenian Acro Couple” – are internationally renowned acroyoga instructors and the founders of SAFE Acrobatics. With workshops and retreats held worldwide, they’re celebrated for their focus on trust, fun, and mastering challenging tricks with ease. Skilled in everything from H2H and F2H, to whips, pops, and even wild washing machines, they bring a wealth of experience to every session. Tanja and Ales are dedicated to adapting to each student’s level, offering detailed guidance on complex movements, and encouraging you to take on new challenges in line with your own body and comfort level.
Workshop Program:
Saturday:
10:00 - 13:00 – F2H for All Levels
Master foundational F2H techniques through exercises designed for enhanced stability and safety.
- Beginners: Explore Lbase F2H with various entries and foundational exercises.
- Experienced Participants: Take on stability exercises, blindfolded practices, and advanced moves like Chinese and Russian rolls, Catwalks, and standing F2H refinement.
13:00 - 15:00 - Lunch Break
15:00 - 17:30 – Intro to Icarians and Castaway variations
Build up your Icarians skills and play with Castaway!
- Beginners: Learn your way to your first Ikarians and build up to a Castaway.
- Experienced Participants: Polish your castaway, play with 3 different techniques and 2 variations in each.
Sunday:
10:00 - 15:00 – H2H for All Levels
Learn to build stability and master H2H techniques safely, with progressive exercises for all levels.
- Beginners: Introduction to Lbase H2H and simple entry variations.
- Experienced Participants: Depending on a group needs, we will work with with dynamic entries and progressions to standing H2H, as well as building up to Podcheska, learning knot or interlaced grip H2H. We can also play with puzzle, tripod, ice cream cone grips or forearm grab, which are fun and complex tricks like H2H, but technically not H2H.
13:00 - 15:00 - Lunch Break
15:00 - 17:30 – Crazy Washing Machines
End the weekend with Tanja and Ales’ specialty: Crazy Washing Machines! Test your strength, flexibility, and technique with flows that push the limits – some moves here can be weird 😁.
Whether you're seeking to refine your foundation or explore advanced transitions, this workshop promises a transformative acro experience for everyone. Come for the challenge, stay for the fun, and leave with new skills and possibly sour muscles 💪🏻😁.
