Elizabeth Scherwenka, originally from SF and Lea Flocchini, from Sun Valley, are ongoing students and advanced trainers at EKAM, the revolutionary wisdom, meditation and yoga school in India where they met over10 years ago. EKAM, fast becoming known as a world center for enlightenment, bases its diverse online and in person programs and courses on cutting edge neuroscience and dynamic spirituality, which makes it unique and inclusive.
