Pour Over Class #3 - xBloom

In this class, we will go over 4 areas of the pour over process.

1. Machine: Focus on how an xBloom works and learn the basics
2. Extraction: Work through over and under and balanced extractions, use the TDS meter and CoffeeOS app and scales to understand extraction
3. Grind: Show different grind levels and different grinder qualities to show how critical the grinder is.
4. Water: Taste the difference in three waters, our RO, tap water and spring water.
