POUND & Pour at Mad Chef Brewing

SWEAT. SCULPT. ROCK. with POUND Instructor, Heather Cintron. Channel your inner rock-star with this full-body cardio jam session, inspired by drumming. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, torch calories, and tone while rocking out to your favorite music.

Following a 45- minute workout, treat yourself to a complimentary glass of draft beer or a seltzer brewed by Mad Chef Brewing. Food is available but not included.

Doors will open at 9:00. Class will take place in the outdoor patio. If it rains we will be inside. Please arrive early to sign waiver, and find your spot. COST- $20/pp includes Pound® workout use of official Pound® Ripstix®, and 1 drink ticket for a complimentary beverage. Tipping your server is encouraged & appreciated. Please bring an Exercise mat, water bottle & a sweat towel.
