POUND is a full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training to the beat of some awesome music. This is open to all fitness levels and can be modified to fit YOU (21 and over).
$15 to participate in the class and includes your favorite Backswing Beer afterward.
Bring an exercise mat or beach towel and water.
