HYROX Training Camp To Master Movements at Body Fit Training Lincoln

BFT Lincoln is Lincoln’s ONLY HYROX Training Club. We're hosting our very first HYROX Training Camp, a hands-on, educational deep dive into the world of HYROX designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're HYRO-curious, preparing for your first race, or wanting to refine your performance for a PR, this 3-hour camp is built to teach you the why, how, and what behind every part of the race.

HYROX is for EVERY body. After this camp, you’ll feel ready for any version of the race: Individual, Doubles, or Relay.

This is not a typical workout.

This is a coached education session where you'll learn:

BFT Lincoln's HYROX Coaches will teach you:

• Race flow, pacing strategy, and how to plan your race before you start
• Why movements are ordered the way they are
• How to move efficiently, safely, and with confidence
• How judges score review and what causes a no rep

Clear standards and expectations for any race type:

• Individual
• Doubles
• Relay
• Pro

Learn how each format differs and how to choose the race best suited for your goals.

You’ll demo every station of a HYROX race with real weights and real coaching:

• Sled Push
• Sled Pull
• Wall Balls
• Ski Erg
• Rower
• Lunges
• Burpee Broad Jumps
• Farmer’s Carry

Coaches will break down:
✔ Proper form
✔ Weight standards
✔ What counts as a rep / no rep
✔ Timing tips to pace yourself
✔ Efficiency strategies to get you through the race strong

This is not a 50-minute workout.
This is a 3-hour technique camp focused on:

• Education
• Breakdown of movement patterns
• Efficiency coaching
• Hands-on demos
• Race understanding
• HYROX standards used worldwide

You will leave feeling prepared, confident, and capable, along with a better understanding of what it takes to complete a HYROX race anywhere in the United States.
