BEGINNERS WELCOME - Rockout to a cardio and core centered workout class designed with fitness rebels in mind. Easily modified to fit any fitness level, this drum-inspired choreography and fun rock and pop music will have you feeling like you’re in a rock concert as a member of the band. Move to the beats using familiar moves from Pilates, yoga, and strength training and drum to your heart’s content! Just bring water, we'll provide the rest!
