About this Event
We're stepping on BRICKS, adding resistance BANDS, and taking this cardio to a whole different level. Strength. Balance. Endurance. PRESSURE.
BANDS & BRICKS class will be held every Monday at 7:30pm at Kings Athletics. Spots are limited. Secure yours now!
