Pottery 101: Learning the Basics

Welcome to our hands-on pottery workshop where you'll get to unleash your creativity and learn the fundamentals of pottery making! This in-person event is perfect for beginners who want to dive into the world of clay. Your instructor, Abi Colton, will guide you through **basic techniques** such as **pinching**, **coiling**, and **slab building**. This is a 4 week class taking place on Monday evenings in February at 6-8PM (2/3, 2/10, 2/17, and 2/24)

Students must register for all courses. A Week 1 (2/3) ticket is required to attend any of the classes; the Week 2-4 classes are free so that the class times show up correctly on Eventbrite.

Pieces will be fired and will be ready for pickup approximately 1-2 weeks after the final class and will be available for pickup at the Pårådisu Pottery studio.

PLEASE NOTE:

Once notified that pieces are complete, students will have three weeks to pick up. If pieces are not picked up within this timeframe, it is not guaranteed that they will be retained.

Any refund that is requested at least 3 days before the event will be honored, excluding Eventbrite's taxes and fees.
