An anomaly in her teaching, known as the “teacher’s teacher”, Rebecca Hargreaves uses her 3,000+ teaching hours to focus on alignment, the use of props and how to cultivate body awareness in a unique way. By emphasizing a strong foundation through muscle engagement and strengthening, students will be able to perform and instruct each pose with more control and greater precision. Rebecca is skilled at guiding students using multiple teaching techniques, cues, and using props.
