Welcome to the Postpartum Prep Workshop. Learn what Midwife + Lactation Consultant, Kristen Barak-Park and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, Dr. Lauren teach their clients, families and friends to best prepare for postpartum! This in-person event will take place on Tuesday, Feb 4th, 2025 at Thrive Physical Therapy San Diego, 2389 Fifth Ave, 92101.
We will focus on what your post baby/birthing body and mind need to feel safe, confident and prepared (as best you can be!). We can't wait to see you there!
