Postpartum Doula Training

This training will be taught by Megan Masler, RN, IBCLC, doula and Vanessa Garcia, doula and sleep coach. The training will encompass everything you need to know about being a postpartum doula and will go over requirements for certification through Wrap Around Baby.

The first day will focus on being on a doula and the second day will focus on infant feeding. Please bring a lunch both days. Limited accommodations available for those traveling.

This training is non-refundable.

Info: This day will focus on being a doula. This will include newborn care, care of the new parents, how to educate parents, recognizing bias and overcoming it, business of being a doula.

Info: This day will focus on role play, case studies, and discussions on providing unbiased, evidence based care. Your self-assessment will be conducted and a Q&A session will be held.
