Welcome to our Free Aerial Arts Based Sensory Workshop For Families!

Come join us at OTEIM (Occupational Therapy Enpowering Individual Minds) for a fun-filled event that combines aerial arts with sensory activities for the whole family to enjoy. Get ready to soar through the air and engage your senses in a unique and exciting way!

Learn helpful information about Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) and useful exercises to cope with sensory processing difficulties. This is a Girl Scout Gold Award project and is being taught by an experienced Girl Scout Aerial teacher in conjunction with an occupational therapist from OTEIM.

Our workshop is designed to educate families on how to safely use aerial arts to sensory regulation for their children.

Who is this workshop for?

• Families with children that experience sensory processing difficulties
• Children ages of 7-10
• Children are able to follow directions well.

What topics will be covered?

• Benefits of Aerial Arts for sensory regulation
• Aerial hammock exercises for kids to help with sensory regulation
