Join Simona for a supportive and empowering Postnatal Yoga Series designed especially for mothers navigating the challenges of the fourth trimester. These classes are a safe way to reconnect with your body, rebuild strength and find calm after birth.This series is ideal for anyone 6+ weeks postpartum (10 weeks after a cesarean) who feels ready to return to gentle movement. Each class combines yoga postures, breathing exercises and mindful relaxation to support your physical and emotional recovery. Along the way, you’ll:
*** Rebuild core and pelvic floor strength safely after pregnancy and birth
*** Ease tension and stress through mindful breathing and movement
*** Connect with other new mothers, share experiences and feel supported
Classes are open to all levels and taught in English, with German translation available if needed. You’re welcome to attend with your baby or come solo for some much-needed me-time.

* Drop-ins available by email request, space permitting. Series registrations are prioritized.
