In this series of Aerial Yoga classes, children ages 8–12 * will discover the joy of elevated yoga, learning to move, balance, and breathe in a supportive, soft hammock. Through playful and accessible aerial poses, your child will build strength, flexibility, confidence, and coordination while exploring what their body can do in new ways. Together, we’ll find ease in lifted poses, playful transitions, and even a few beginner anti-gravity “tricks” that make the experience as fun as it is empowering. No prior Aerial Yoga experience is necessary.

This series will be taught in English (some German translation may be possible).
* This is the recommended age range. If your child is just outside of this range please send us an email ([email protected]) before your registration to tell us about your child. Both younger and older children may be accepted into the series.
