A 12-Week Specialist Recovery Programme
Starts Monday 14th September at 1.00pm. Finishes 14th December.
(26th October and 2nd November are skipped for half term)
This is not a “bounce back” class.
The Huddle & Bliss Postnatal Core & Restore Programme is a carefully structured 12-week journey designed to support women physically, mentally and emotionally after pregnancy and birth.
Blending intelligent movement, core recovery, breathwork and nervous system regulation, this programme helps women reconnect with their body safely and progressively after birth.
Babies are always welcome.
Over 12 Weeks We Focus On:
Deep core recovery
Pelvic floor coordination
Postural strength
Functional movement
Breath and pressure management
Nervous system regulation
Confidence rebuilding after birth
The Programme Journey
RECOVER | Weeks 1–4
Reconnect with breath, posture, alignment and deep core awareness.
RESTORE | Weeks 5–8
Progress strength, control and stability safely and intentionally.
REBUILD | Weeks 9–12
Develop confidence, resilience and sustainable long-term recovery.
No pressure. No expectation to “bounce back.”
Just intelligent, supportive recovery in a calm and welcoming environment.
When Can I Join?
For most women, the programme is suitable from approximately 6 weeks postpartum following medical clearance.
If you have experienced a caesarean birth, assisted delivery, significant perineal trauma, ongoing symptoms, or have any questions about your recovery, please get in touch before booking.
Every woman's recovery journey is unique. Whilst some women feel ready to begin at 6 weeks postpartum, others may benefit from waiting a little longer or from additional adaptations within the programme.
Postnatal Core & Restore begins with breathwork, core connection, alignment and gentle movement, progressing gradually over 12 weeks. My aim is to support you safely and appropriately, wherever you are in your recovery journey.
I will be happy to advise on the most suitable starting point for you.
Limited spaces available and only 3 programmes per annum.
