Posso x DAAP: Duetto Dinners!

On October 23rd Posso's Chef Max Wong and DAAP's Chef Luke Chan join hands for an extraordinary evening showcasing surprising fusion dishes crafted through adventurous techniques blending Cantonese and Italian influences. Dishes will include handmade Canestrini pasta with hairy crab and a Seared Duck Breast paired with Chinese dates in wine. Cultural flavours will merge in inventive plates before concluding sweetly with a Hong Kong-style milk tea flan.

Chefs Wong and Chan are renowned for their creativity in marrying elements through culinary adventure and reinventing traditions using local ingredients. On this special night showcasing the talents of these leading Hong Kong chefs diners are in for an intriguing culinary journey across regional boundaries.
