About this Event
We are delighted to host an exclusive wine dinner featuring the exquisite wines of Tenuta di Biserno. This special evening will be hosted by Niccolò Marzichi Lenzi, Chief Executive of Tenuta di Biserno, and will showcase both the latest releases of Il Pino di Biserno and Biserno and some mature bottles.
The estate’s two wines, Il Pino and Biserno contain a sizeable portion of Cabernet Franc that brings a profound sense of vibrancy and lift to the wines. Tuscany’s love affair with Bordeaux varieties is now well over half a century old. Founded by Marchese Lodovico Antinori, Tenuta di Biserno is nestled in the hills of Bibbona. They produce exceptional wines from Bordeaux varietals, benefiting from mineral-rich soils, excellent sunlight, and cooling sea breezes.
The chef of Spring Moon has curated a special menu to complement these exceptional wines. Each course has been thoughtfully designed to enhance the unique flavours and characteristics of Il Pino and Biserno.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate this, we provide a reasonable time window before the reservation time where changes or cancellations may be made without fees or with reduced fees.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation date will be charged the full price of the ticket per guest.
• All booking changes or cancellation requests must be sent by the visitor via email to [email protected], clearly indicating the event details and/or account/booking number.
• Reservations are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Corney and Barrow.
• In exceptional cases, Corney and Barrow may need to cancel a booking made by the guest due to weather, or other reasons. In these cases, guests will be reimbursed for the price of the original booking (excluding the booking fee).
• Participants must be aged 18 years or above.
• Corney and Barrow Hong Kong reserve the right to a final decision in case of any disputes.
• All tickets are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
