The event is open to anyone living in New Brunswick who has a diagnosis of HIV.
This event focuses on the journey of individuals living with HIV, emphasizing self-discovery, empowerment, and wellness. It aims to create a supportive environment for participants to share experiences and learn about managing their health.
What to Expect
● Workshops: Engage in discussions about HIV wellness and self-care with Doctors, a Herbalist, Nutritionist and Pharmacist .
● Panel Discussion: Get updates and access to health resources.
● Community Support: Share meals and connect with others in a stigma-free environment.
● Learn about oneself: Creative Writing and Wellness sessions
