Join the Portsmouth Halloween Parade Crew and get your spooktacular costumes ready for the parade! Did you know that anyone can march? Learn how to use EVA foam and everyday house hold materials to create masks, armor, really anything you can dream up. Bring your costume-in-progress or ideas and receive help with key elements, design tips, and creative inspiration to make your look truly terrifyingly unforgettable. Stay for the whole lab or drop in with questions. Portsmouth Halloween Parade is a non-profit, grassroots funded event.

Instructor's Bio: Shay is an experienced Halloween costume designer with a knack for transforming EVA foam and everyday household materials into show stopping creations With a background in fine art, she blends artistic vision with practical techniques to help makers of all skill levels bring their spooky ideas to life.
