You’re invited to this unique 90-minute sound bath to slow down, rest, and receive healing vibrations while immersing into a soundscape of Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum, Harmonium with Vocal Overtoning, and more.

Using the full spectrum of sound and vibration, the brainwaves slow down to cause an involuntary state of deep meditation, which allows the nervous system to reset & the body to go through several self-healing processes ...

Spring Street is the back alleyway parallel to St Johns Street in Port Moody.

Parking: There are several free parking spots out front and nearby the venue.

BRING:

- You will be laying down on your back for up to 90 minutes. Please bring everything you need to feel comfortable i.e. Yoga mat / foamie, blanket, pillow, eye covers, support for under your knees.

WE CANNOT LET YOU IN IF YOU ARE LATE. Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes before 7pm to check in, find your spot to lay down, and get settled.
