Pops, Locks and Shimmies - 4 Weeks Series

This workshop is all about moving in ways you didn’t know were possible with Pops,locks and Shimmies. Bring more dynamics to your dance with Zoe's knowledge of these sharp, yet controlled movement pathways and bend your mind around doing 2 things at once. In this workshop, we will learn to make our torsos move almost robotically and also create movements that mimic animal pathways, such as a jaguar about to pounce. These techniques use bellydance pathways you already know and help create drama and unique stylization. All levels, with some fundamental exploration, and some more intermediate concepts later in class.

Date and Time: Tuesday, May 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th from 7:45 to 9:00 PM PST

These are fully hybrid classes with online and in-person options available. Recording for each class will be available 12 hours after the class.

HOW TO PURCHASE YOUR TICKET:

Each ticket (via Zoom or in-person) is based on a sliding scale. You choose the price that fits your budget.

For example: Your option is between $55-$65 and you choose what you will pay between $55-$65. You can not pay less than the lowest price listed. In this example that is $55.
