Pop Up Yoga Club at The Ministry Borough

Join at one of the sexiest studio spaces in London for our latest pop up, where you can experience a line up of yoga, sound healing, breathwork, meditation and all the feel good vibes from our resident teachers.
Experience a yoga session to move to at 10am (think rocket yoga, vinyasa, yogalates, mandala flows), or a class where you can breathe and feel the vibrations of sound at 11:15am (gongs, crystal bowls, shamanic drums, chimes). Book in for one class or join us for both if you know you'll want to extend your zen! SAVE £5 when you book both sessions.

Our location is The Ministry - a workspace for creative industries, set in a converted Victorian printworks building. These guys have given us their space for the day, so if you're not already a member and you want to hang out a bit longer then it's yours to explore, grab a bite to eat, use the fluffy towels, take a shower and your sweet time to get ready in the vanity area.
The class takes place in The Box, a fitness studio with a twist, it's dark, it's got mood lighting, curtains and it's a real vibe. We can't wait for you to expereince it.

Sunday 21st July line-up

10am - 11am Move: Feel Good Flow - Cassie
An endorphin boosting vinyasa flow class featuring good vibes, happy hormones, smiles & mood lifting postures and joyful pranayama.

11:15am - 12:15pm Sound healing - Jordan
Beginning with a yoga nidra practice to activate our alpha brainwaves before moving deeper into theta with a soothing gong bath, we’ll be resetting our minds and our nervous system ready for the week ahead.

Tickets cost £15 to each class or £25 for both sessions and include a day pass to The Ministry.
