As the studio theme of April invites us into rooting, this Yin practice will focus on the energy of the Root Chakra (Muladhara) and the grounding stability of the Earth element.In this slow, meditative class, we’ll explore long-held postures that target the hips, pelvis, and lower spine: areas associated with safety, stability, and our sense of belonging. Through stillness, breath awareness, and gentle nervous system regulation, we’ll cultivate a felt sense of support beneath us.
Expect:
• Deep, grounding hip openers
• Subtle somatic awareness
• Breath practices to calm and anchor
• Space to reconnect with steadiness and inner security
This class is an invitation to soften into gravity, to trust the ground that holds you, and to remember that stability doesn’t come from striving, it comes from allowing yourself to land.
