Join us for our very first Poop-Shop! A workshop all about healthy bowel movements between Caroline Shea, pelvic floor physical therapist and Alyeska Callis, dietitian!It will be held Saturday October 5th from 1-4pm. The cost is $40 per person, an extensive fiber charcuterie will be included along with educational material and more!
