Come and enjoy Poolapalooza Splash Cardio Summer Pop-Up in DAC’s outdoor pool on June 29th. Starting at 10 am, Andre will kickstart the class with a dry-land stretch followed by a workout in the water with Linda and Amy leading you through Splash Cardio while listening to an upbeat, summertime playlist! This special event will wrap up at 11 am with light refreshments served poolside.
This event is FREE for DAC members, and non-members can participate with a DAC’s $10 Class Pass that can be purchased the morning of the event!
