ROLL OUT YOUR MAT for a 10 week Gentle Yoga Summer Series will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. This practice consists of borrowing movements from Yoga Therapy and different Yoga styles in addition to creative exploration while using safe techniques for the purpose of feeling better!You must be able to get up and down from the floor without harming yourself.
Who is this for?
1. The person who wants a gentle yoga or movement practice.
2. Anyone who will show up for themselves during a period of 10 weeks.
3. A beginner who has never practiced Yoga but would like to begin.
4. Anyone who does or doesn't have any Yoga experience.
5. Someone who wants to feel better physically, mentally and emotionally.
