Special Instructions and Studio Guidelines
To help keep our space welcoming, safe, and respectful for everyone, please review and follow these studio guidelines:
Please remove shoes at the door. Our studio is a barefoot or socks only space unless otherwise instructed for specific classes.
No jewelry during pole or aerial classes. It can damage the equipment and pose a safety risk.
Wear appropriate attire. Fitted clothing is recommended. For pole, skin contact is needed, so shorts and a tank or sports bra are ideal.
No lotions or oils before pole or aerial classes. These make the apparatus slippery and unsafe.
Be on time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join after the warm-up for safety reasons.
Hydrate. Bring a water bottle. We have a refill station in the studio.
Respect others’ space and bodies. This is a judgment free zone.
Silence your phone during class, or leave it in your bag or cubby.
Let your instructor know before class if you have any injuries or limitations we should be aware of.
