Whether you’re curvy, slim, flexible, or just starting your fitness journey, this class is designed to be inclusive, beginner-friendly, and empowering.

🎟️ Ticket Description

This is an Intro class, so pole sharing will be part of the experience.

There are 8 poles available with a 14-person class capacity, so participants will rotate and share throughout class.

This allows for:

• Rest between sets

• Time to observe and learn

• A more supportive, community-based environment

✨ What to wear:

For the best experience on the pole, we recommend wearing:

• Shorts, Underwear, Sports Bra, Tank Top, T-Shirt (exposed skin helps with grip)

• AVOID all lotions or oils on skin before class

• Bare feet or socks depending on comfort

No experience needed. Just bring yourself and an open mind.
