About this Event
The Greenville County Section of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW) is proud to present our 2026 Scholarship Gala, taking place on June 6, 2026. This elegant black-tie affair will celebrate the presentation of the prestigious Peggy B. Baxter Community Service Scholarship while advancing our ongoing commitment to empowering students in Greenville County through education and opportunity.
Guests will experience a refined and memorable evening featuring a formal dinner, live entertainment, and inspiring remarks from distinguished community leaders. More than a celebration, the gala serves as a meaningful gathering of professionals, advocates, and changemakers united in their shared commitment to uplifting the next generation.
Since our chartering in September 2019, the Greenville County Section of NCNW has worked diligently to promote education, equity, and community service. Proceeds from this event will directly support scholarships for deserving local students, helping to remove financial barriers and open doors to higher education.
We are honored to welcome Mrs. Babette Jones, entrepreneur and owner of Six Nineteen of 1865, as our featured speaker for the evening.
We invite you to join us for an unforgettable night of elegance, purpose, and impact.
