Beginning at 4 p.m., guests will step into the Grand Tasting, where 20–30 acclaimed bourbon and whiskey partners come together for an evening of premium pours, bold flavors and spirited conversation.
Throughout the event, attendees will enjoy a vibrant tasting atmosphere complemented by chef-driven food stations, elevated pairings and interactive moments that bring the energy of Polaris Pour to life. Whether discovering a new favorite label or savoring a rare pour, every corner of the experience is crafted to celebrate the culture and craftsmanship of bourbon.
Adding to the excitement, guests will have the opportunity to participate in a special charity bourbon auction benefiting Colorado Veterans Project.
