Freezing for a reason!!! Dive into the New Year in support of Mental Health Awareness with our Second Annual Polar Bear Plunge. Bring a towel and your adrenaline on January 1st @ 11:30am to Refuge Cove State Recreation Site. (Refuge Cove Beach). A fire will be provided at the shelter to warm up after the plunge. Anyone who participates will receive the 2026 Polar Bear Plunge sticker and resource bag.
