Join us in our Gaming & Event Center on Saturday, 5/16 to compete in our May TCG League Challenge! The tournament will start at 11:00 a.m., with registration from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. (this will include deck list submission)
[NOTE: The Challenge will start promptly at 11:00 a.m. Please be sure you arrive with enough time to complete the registration process! Failure to do so may result in you not being able to participate in the Challenge.]
Entry is $10 for players in all age divisions. Prizing will be announced at the event, with prizing varying based on attendance. Top finishers will earn Championship Points toward an invitation to compete at the World Championships.
As with all League Challenges, this tournament will be Swiss rounds only – no top cut. Each round will be best of 1. The number of rounds will be based on number of players in the event. This will be a Standard format event.
What should I bring?
* Your Player ID number. If you don’t have a Player ID, you can create one at https://club.pokemon.com/us/pokemon-trainer-club/play-pokemon/setup/
* A 60-card deck with tournament legal deck sleeves and a filled out deck list. Blank copies will be available if needed or you can print one at https://www.pokemon.com/static-assets/content-assets/cms2/pdf/play-pokemon/rules/play-pokemon-deck-list-85x11.pdf
* Damage counters, Burn and Poison condition markers, and a coin or other randomizer. If you don’t have some or all of these, ask event staff to borrow some.
