Poetry Spotlight at Sing Out Loud

Ancient City Poets and Spinster Abbott's present a special poetry night on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. The event is presented as part of the Sing Out Loud music festival.
Chris Bodor, poet and founder of Ancient City Poets, serves as the MC for the evening. The program starts at 7:00 p.m. and features nine Ancient City Poets of varying experience, each sharing selections of their poetry:
Maxwell Carrillo, Amy Goldin, Brenda Guevara, Michael Henry Lee, Victoria Nations, John Stinson, Ben Sullivan, and Nicole Zwolinski
At 8:00 p.m., Bodor hosts a Community Open Mic. Poets may sign up for the open mic beginning at 6:30 p.m
