Poetry Out Loud Northeast Ohio Regional Semifinals

Join the Massillon Museum for the Northeast Ohio Regional Semifinals on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.! The competition is free to attend but registration is requested. Please use Eventbrite to register. Competitors will be high school students who have won the competition held at their school or arts organization.

The Massillon Museum is pleased to serve as the Ohio Arts Council's Northeast Ohio regional partner. Counties in the Northeast Ohio region are: Ashland, Ashtabula, Columbiana, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Huron, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, and Wayne.

A partnership of the National Endowment for the Arts, Poetry Foundation, and the state and jurisdictional arts agencies, Poetry Out Loud is a national arts education program that encourages the study of great poetry by offering free educational materials and a dynamic recitation competition to high schools and arts organizations across the country.
