Poetry Open Mic Night at The Living Room, Bexhill

Bring your poems and perform for a supportive and kind audience! OR come along and listen to lots of wonderful poets sharing their art. You can expect cosy vibes, beautiful poems and a fun host.

Doors open 6.30pm and event starts at 7pm and runs until 9pm.

Please bring with you whatever you like to eat and drink, we'll include a break halfway through so you have time to chat to your neighbour or to consume more of your food and drink.

Our host is brilliant S-bars a queer poet, writer, and performer known for their raw, humorous, and memorable work. They perform regularly across the UK and facilitate many Open Mic nights.

Our space is the Living Room, a creative, cosy space welcoming everyone, situated in the creative quarter of Bexhill- London Road.

The Living Room is a safe and inclusive space for everyone.

Racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, ableism, or any form of discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated.

Anyone who violates this will be asked to leave.
