About this Event

From the sun to the plate

with things hanging. Giving it up to gravity.

wind running through anything thin enough.

rolling,

slowly, but with a particular beat

persistence, hope, empathy

to not make words naked of their meaning

I am

Being is a moment. the planet is real.

the rest & sound & doubt & reports

are all readings.

Because what is me? If not nature looking at itself? We are interpreters of nature. What else to write about other than observations? What can I carry with me?

Cook the seeds.

--------------------

Poetry is a plain field of thoughts. It loosens us from the tight knots of daily thinking—those invisible bounds that structure our minds without us knowing. In poetry, abstraction becomes a freedom: a way to shift your focus, to save your energy for wandering through a world that is easier—maybe kinder—to think in.

In that field, one poem may feel like another. You might say, “I’ve read something like this before.” And that’s true—because in this open plain, all poems are, in a way, similar. They’re equal invitations to explore. That’s why it makes perfect sense to bring poetry together across languages, forms, and even into visuals. The field welcomes it all.
