Join us Sunday July 7th at 3 p.m for a 2 hour workshop guiding us through a unique somatic healing experience called Poetry in Motion: Wheels of Wisdom. During the 2 hours we will explore our 7 main energy centers through an infusion of breathwork, hatha yoga, dance, mobility training, EFT, acupressure, massage, sound meditation + more that will bring us back into a state of EQUILIBRIUM that can be sustained when integrated into our daily lives.~This is NOT your typical yoga flow but it is movement PLAYshop for beginners + advanced movers.
Mat & water available upon request! Dress comfortably and be prepared to sweat with intention. We look forward to flowing, growing, feeling, + healing with you all!
