Join Embers of Aether for weekly Sunset Flows through the end of Summer at dusk to celebrate our connection to Earth + Self + the Cosmos. Together we will move through traditional Hatha Yoga asana, light dance, massage & acupressure techniques, sound meditation + more over the course of 1 hour. Together we will explore Somatic Therapy techniques to become our own healer. This class is for beginners + advanced movers. Mats + Water available upon request. $15 pre-register, $20 drop-ins. Monthly Memberships available for $60 which includes 4 flows per month + discount on personal bodywork sessions ♡
