Get ready for Lunar New Year and learn how to make dumplings from the pros! Co-led by award winning Chef and cookbook author Jeff Mao and Wolfe's Neck Center's Chef Malcolm, this East-meets-West dumpling class will teach participants how to make zhengjiao (Chinese steamed dumplings) and gnocchi from scratch. Open to people of all cooking levels, the only requirement is a hunger for knowledge (and dumplings).
