Join the Suffolk Art League, Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts, and Suffolk Tourism for a week-long celebration of creativity. Watch as juried artists from across the country capture the beauty of Suffolk’s historic streets, pristine farmlands, and scenic waterfronts right before your eyes.
📅 Schedule Highlights:
Sept 8–10 | Painting Days: Catch artists at work throughout the city! From the Nansemond River to our historic downtown, the world is their studio.
Sept 11 | Wet Paint Sale & Soirée (6:00 PM – 9:30 PM): The ultimate art party! Be the first to see and shop "wet" paintings fresh off the easel. Enjoy live music, delicious food, and an open bar at the Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts. 🥂
Sept 12 | Quick Draw "Paint the Taste" (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM): Held during the Taste of Suffolk festival! Watch artists race against the clock to complete a masterpiece in just 120 minutes. Open to all ages and skill levels!
