PLAYFUL YOGA 🌊☀️
Join us for a playful outdoor yoga session by the sea! Open to all ages and skill levels, no experience needed, just a willingness to move, laugh, and have fun.
We'll weave yoga with music, partner poses, and playful games that bring you back to the carefree joy of childhood. Life is a game, play it!
Afterwards, we'll gather for a delicious picnic prepared by the talented Claudia. Claudia Squarzon is a food anthropologist and cook with experience in creating events where people gather around food. She runs SensEAT and SAMWHÆRE, two food-and-more projects that creates community experiences in Aarhus.
Bring a towel if you fancy a dip in the sea! 🧺🏊
