Playful Movement with Bo Aganaba: Scroll Less, Play More!
In our busy, screen-centered lives, many of us have lost touch with the natural joy of physical expression and the confidence that comes from feeling truly at home in our bodies.
This interactive workshop combines education on practical biomechanics with movement games and challenges designed to help you build functional strength and flexibility.
Play is Nature's greatest teacher, and we'll use Play to get in touch with our inner human animal. Build your movement capacity and leave with the tools you need to build your fitness anywhere, no gym required.
What to Expect:
*Fun, non-intimidating movement games suitable for all fitness levels
*Task-based challenges that highlight your body's natural problem-solving abilities
*Partner and group activities that foster authentic connection
*Opportunities to explore movement in new, joyful ways
*A supportive environment where curiosity matters more than performance
You'll Leave Feeling:
*More comfortable and confident in your physical self
*Connected to fellow participants through shared movement experiences
*Energized and joyful from rediscovering the pleasure of play
*Surprised by your body's capabilities and resilience
*Equipped with simple tools to bring more embodied awareness into daily life
No athletic experience required—just bring comfortable clothes you can move in, an open mind, and your natural human capacity for play. This workshop is about celebration, not perfection.
