Plan to arrive by 8:45am to get to checked in. Allow up to approximately an hour-1.5+ish. This is for Registered AND Wait List Players! If you are a Protected non-pitcher you do not need to attend. ALL Pitchers (protected or not) OR if interested in pitching at any time during the season, they need to stay for Pitching Assessments immediately following the general group dismissal. Protected Pitchers should arrive by 9:45am
This is an opportunity for our Coaches to assess each players’ skill level to help draft for balanced teams, hence attendance is expected. If your Player cannot attend, they will be a Hat Pick. There is no make-up general Assessments. Make up Pitcher ONLY assessments will be Monday 1/27, 6pm.
Location is our home fields Hall of Fame Complex, 3449 Aten Loop (corner of Old Settlers & Red Bud)
Please come have your Player weather prepared and with water, tennis shoes or cleats, helmet with face guard, glove and bat if you have one. We have a limited supply available of loaner equipment (helmets/gloves/bats) until you can purchase your own.
Uniforms will be available for confirmation try-on before and after, as we do not have feasibility for redo’s and the selection from registration will be ordered, unless confirmed otherwise.
We will hold a Q&A session at the Concessions building area once all fields get started Assessing.
