Ready to conquer your next triathlon swim? Join us for our Triathlete Swim Clinic at Chasco Family YMCA Round Rock! 🌟
This clinic features two coaching levels, ensuring you receive guidance tailored to your experience:
🏊♀️ Level 1: For beginners focusing on stroke technique, building confidence, and mastering the basics.
🏊♂️ Level 2: For intermediate triathletes, emphasizing open water swim (OWS) strategies, sighting skills, and race-specific tactics.
Each level has its own dedicated coach and lanes, giving you focused instruction to meet your goals!
Build confidence, ease race-day jitters, and reduce open-water fears with personalized, small-group instruction!
🛑 Important: This is NOT a learn-to-swim clinic. Participants must swim 50 yards continuously.

⏰ Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM (1 hour in-water coaching)
