Backyard Yoga with Denver Love Goats and Their Chicken Friends!

Join us for a relaxing and heartwarming experience combining gentle movement and connection with nature. We'll begin with a gentle flow yoga session, suitable for all levels and ages, designed to focus on lighthearted play, calm the mind, and open the heart. Surrounded by community, you'll breathe deeply, stretch slowly, and ground yourself in the present.

This gentle yoga class invites kids and adults alike to explore movement through play, creativity, and imagination. Together we’ll stretch, laugh, and flow in ways that spark curiosity and joy.

After class, you're invited to visit with our friendly baby goats and chickens—a perfect opportunity to unwind, laugh, and enjoy some peaceful animal companionship. Whether you're petting a curious goat or modeling with chicken purses, it's a fun and mindful way to start your day! Treats will be provided and our crew will help you get pictures engaging the animals.

Bring your mat, your curiosity, your intention, and a love for animals. All are welcome!
