Sunrise Yoga Flow + Coffee
Start your day with a gentle, uplifting 7:00 AM yoga flow to wake up your body, calm your mind, and set a positive tone for the rest of the day.
All levels are welcome, come as you are. After class, enjoy a complimentary coffee on us!☕️
What to expect
- 60-minute guided vinyasa flow focused on breath, mobility, and ease
- Mindful cool-down + short grounding meditation
- One complimentary coffee after class-includes lattes, cappuccinos, drip, etc. (matcha/smoothies available to purchase)
Good to know
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in; doors open at 6:45 AM
- Bring a yoga mat and water (a few mats will be available first-come)
- Comfortable layers recommended
