The opportunity to participate in sports has become increasingly inaccessible due to the expense of participating. In fact, a national study showed that low-income families are more than three times less likely to enroll their kids in youth sports due to the high cost of participation. By donating sports equipment, we can help ease the financial burden.
To culminate this community sports equipment drive, the Boys and Girls Club of Greater La Crosse is hosting an "End-of-Drive Party! Bounce houses, face painting, yard games, and fun for the WHOLE family! Plus, there will be a silent auction with all proceeds benefitting the Boys and Girls Club!
