Platonic Touch — Part 3: Cuddle Journey

Cuddle Journey is a more open space for practising platonic touch within a broader, changing group environment.
Building on an existing foundation of consent-based practice, we’ll explore what happens when connection becomes less scripted: staying aware of your own preferences while responding to other people, changing configurations, shifting levels of contact, and the wider rhythm of the room.
The emphasis is not on “more” touch or greater intensity. It is on bringing choice, communication and attunement into a more fluid shared experience — noticing when you want to move closer, create space, change something, stay where you are, or leave a cuddle altogether.
There will still be guidance, structure and clear agreements, but more room for the group to find its own shape.
There will be a quiet processing break part-way through, and we’ll finish with time to land and reorient together.

What to wear — Comfortable clothing you can sit, lie and move around in.
What to bring — A water bottle, journal and pen. Mats, cushions, blankets and other soft props will be available.
Late arrival — Because the opening agreements form part of the consent container, late entry may not be possible once the session has begun.

Everybody is welcome.

Everything is fully clothed, sober and choice-led. You can join in, adapt an exercise, observe, take a break or step out at any time. You are always free to decline or change a particular form of contact.
This is an 18+ session for people with some prior consent-based touch experience. Part 2 of this series, or another comparable consent-led cuddle experience, is required.
This is not therapy or trauma treatment.
Come as the final part of this series, or join with relevant previous experience.
