Join us on April 19th as we gather to welcome the Astrological New Year - a powerful time for fresh starts and new intentions.

Together we will enjoy:

• A short talk on the Astrological New Year and a guided intention setting practice
• Beginner-friendly yoga to awaken and invite fresh energy
• A symbolic seed-planting ritual to anchor your intentions
• Time in community with other women celebrating life! (and eating snacks!)

*No experience with yoga, astrology or rituals in needed. Yoga mats provided.
